My Story: Why I Created This

I didn’t learn this through books.
 I lived it.

From a childhood of abandonment and trauma, to teen motherhood and years of silent suffering... I tried to fix myself the “normal” way... counseling, therapy, endless doing. Nothing ever reached the ache beneath the ache.

At 38, I hit the bottom so hard I could feel my Soul leaving my body. That night, I knew if I closed my eyes, I might not wake up. But Grace had other plans.

Through years of deep study, spiritual practice, and emotional mastery, I found my way back. I wrote The Second Start: Finding Joy in the New You as my love letter to every woman who’s ever lost herself.

Now, at 63, after decades of guiding women through transformation, I bring you The Sacred Return, the next evolution of that work.
