As soon as you complete your investment, you will be automatically directed to my calendar where you can choose the date and time to schedule your first of your 8 sessions, the remainder sessions we will talk about which best suits you. 

  • Sessions are up to 75 minutes
  • If you live within the U.S. or Canada we will connect via phone. Outside of these areas we will use Zoom which can be downloaded and accessed via device of your choice... phone, computer, tablet. 
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you will be able to do so from the calendar's booking confirmation link with 24 hours notice
